Monica Swaida is the owner of Monica insurance agency. With a graduate degree in Accounting, Monica has an extensive financial background. She Attended Mt Wachusetts community college, University of Massachusetts in Lowell, and Boston university. Monica worked for different accounting firms and later changed carriers and shifted to information systems. A Microsoft certified engineer, A+ certified engineer worked as a systems engineer for Wang, Getronics, Lotos, Compaq, Hewlett Packard etc. She formed Monica Insurance Agency in 2003. | ||

Fernanda is a customer services rep. She worked as a manager for JR Silvers for over 6 years. She has extensive customer services experience. Since joining Monica insurance agency, she has brought her experience in the sales field which has been a good asset to our company. Fernanda speaks fluent Portuguese. | ||
